By accessing or using the microtempo platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

microtempo provides a customer relationship management platform designed for solopreneurs, freelancers, and small businesses. The Service includes features such as contact management, quote and invoice creation, project tracking, and integrations with third-party services.

3. User Accounts

To use microtempo, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. User Data

You retain all rights and ownership of the data you input into microtempo. We do not claim ownership over your data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.

6. Payment and Billing

Certain aspects of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of microtempo and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of microtempo.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall microtempo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, Europe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
